Imagine the sunshine, the vivid colours, the rich culture and relaxed way of life. We would love you to experience all that is Andalucia. Here’s how to book …
Step 1 - Choose a villa
Have a look around our website and search either by region, or by browsing through all the lovely villas.
Each villa has its own ID number. Once you have chosen the properties that you are interested in, please contact us to check on the very latest availability.
You can ask us for more detailed information and any specific enquiries you may have about a particular property.
Or you can tell us what you’re looking for and we will be happy to make some suggestions.
Any special requirements?
When choosing the right villa for you and your family, it is important that the property meets the needs of your party as closely as possible.
Please help us to avoid any pitfalls by telling us of any special requirements.
-
- Is privacy a major concern?
- Are the cooking facilities inside and out adequate for a large party that wishes to self-cater extensively?
- Does the swimming pool have a shallow end?
- Is there shade within the garden for sensitive skins?
- Are you concerned about the safety of a toddler?
- Is there WiFi in the house?
- Is there a member of the party with limited mobility?
These are just a few that come to mind – but any questions you may wish to ask, please do!
If you prefer, you can make your booking over the telephone by calling and speaking with a member of our reservations team.
Step 2 - Booking option
Once we confirm that the property is available for your dates, we will give you a provisional booking “option” and hold the property for you for 24 – 48 hours.
This option will always be confirmed by email, during which time you can secure flights, car hire and general travel arrangements.
Step 3 - Confirmation
To confirm your booking you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the villa rental price.
Full payment is required to confirm a booking where your holiday arrival date is within eight weeks. The payment for the booking can be made over the telephone with either a credit or debit card. The price shown is for the whole property for a week (or other duration if specified) and is not per person.
On receipt of the deposit we will send you, by email, the formal confirmation showing the amount paid and the remaining balance due.
At the time of booking you will be asked for your full postal address, phone number, number and ages of people in your party and your passport/ID number – needed by us to complete your booking form.
Cancellations
In the unfortunate case that you have to cancel your holiday, please see our Terms and Conditions point 2.
Step 4 - Directions to your villa
Two weeks before your arrival date we will also send you maps, directions and local contact details to your holiday destination and any other relevant information.
We send all of this information by email.
Step 5 - And finally ... ID information
It is the law in Andalucía that all guests aged 16+ must complete and sign a form that must be sent to the Guardia Civil within 24 hours of their arrival.
This form will be available for you at the property. You will also be asked for a copy of your passport.
You will need to include the following information:
