This superb countryside estate offers three equally spectacular properties. Each is completely private and self-contained, each set in its own grounds and gardens, each with its own private entrance and swimming pool. Accessed by a quiet country lane, it is just ten minutes west of Ronda in the beautiful Llano de la Cruz valley.
The estate is close to the ruined ancient Roman city of Acinipo and the village of Arriate. A single track railway passes the property which can take you on the scenic route to Algeciras through fabulous mountain passes.
An ideal destination for nature lovers, this area is home to some of the most diverse flora and fauna in Spain, the walking and bird watching here are superb. The estate has extensive gardens with a wealth of flowers and shrubs, mature orchards of olive, orange, lemon, almond, quince and more.

The largest of the three villas, this is a delightful and spacious family home. Full of character and comfort, it has been tastefully furnished and decorated, providing generous living space for up to 10 people. Built on two floors, one enters into a spacious entrance hall which goes through to the living room. This room is large and comfortably furnished – it has everything one could wish for, as well as a TV and a music system, it comes with the atmosphere of a real home. The very well equipped kitchen/dining room is equally appealing with a dining table that comfortably seats ten. From here, French doors open to the covered dining terrace outside, the perfect place for al fresco meals at any time of day.
On this level, there is an attractive twin bedroom, a bathroom and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer – also a WC.
Upstairs, each of the four bedrooms (three double bedded and one small twin bedded) have French doors opening on to a large terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding Andalucian countryside.
The master bedroom is vast and beautifully laid out, it has an impressive, luxury en suite bathroom. The doubles all have en suite facilities and they all have fabulous views to the gardens and country landscape beyond.
This home is a fantastic place to stay in both winter and summer as it is equipped with central heating to keep you cosy in the winter and ceiling fans in all rooms to keep you cool through the heat of summer.
The large terraces all around the villa, including an expansive covered patio for al fresco dining, give a wide choice of places to be enjoyed.
To the back of the house, the large, irresistible 15 m x 6 m swimming pool (with an ornamental fountain) is the perfect setting for a day of relaxation and ‘getting away from it all’. The pool terrace has shade and lots of comfortable outdoor furniture on which to rest. In one direction are the views of the Sierra de Ronda and to the other, a beautiful vista of fertile, undulating Andalucian farmland.

Bookings at this property usually run from Saturday to Saturday but please ask about flexibility outside of high season.
The pool is open all year but as it is not heated the swimming pool season is from late April to late October.

Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
The following services can be arranged in advance, all of them paid locally: maid service, cook, bodega visits, massage, manicure/pedicure, escorted hiking and bird watching, horse riding.
FILL YOUR FRIDGE SERVICE: If you would like to send us your shopping list, the house manager will have everything ready for your arrival. The charge is €25 in addition to the cost of the items.

FAULTLESS LUXURY: From the initial booking process to the service throughout, this really made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We have rented several villas in the past, but on this occasion we were truly made to feel welcome rather than an inconvenience (which has been our experience in the past). This attitude filters down to the property and its facilities. The house is homely, with good quality linens, towels, kitchen equipment, furniture etc. It doesn’t feel like your usual rental property.
