Tended with thought and care
Each villa and its garden are immaculately maintained, inside and out.
This superb countryside estate offers three equally spectacular properties. Each is completely private and self-contained, each set in its own grounds and gardens, each with its own private entrance and swimming pool.
Accessed by a quiet country lane, it is just ten minutes west of Ronda in the beautiful Llano de la Cruz valley.
The estate is close to the ruined ancient Roman city of Acinipo and the village of Arriate. A single track railway passes the property which can take you on the scenic route to Algeciras through fabulous mountain passes.
An ideal destination for nature lovers, this area is home to some of the most diverse flora and fauna in Spain, the walking and bird watching here are superb. The estate has extensive gardens with a wealth of flowers and shrubs, mature orchards of olive, orange, lemon, almond, quince and more.
So much to enjoy here!
Andalucia is certainly hard to beat for those who love sun, nature, tranquility ... and, of course, the occasional tapa or two.
This villa is the middle-sized house on the estate, maintained and furnished to the same high standard as the main family house. All on one level, this three-bedroom villa is spacious and excellently presented. The living room/dining room is a beautifully furnished large, bright, open space with views out to the garden and swimming pool. From this room French doors open on to a covered terrace, an ideal spot for al fresco dining.
The three large bedrooms (one double and two twins) all have en suite bath or shower rooms. They are elegant, tasteful and comfortably furnished and, with their duvets, electric blankets, and ceiling fans they all offer total comfort at any time of year.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and somewhere to enjoy experimenting with all the fresh local produce of the region.
The swimming pool (10 m x 5 m) will tempt you in – forget the outside world and unwind in the perfect peace of your holiday surroundings. There is a pool house with a barbecue and a furnished, shaded terrace for more al fresco options … what could be more pleasurable than a poolside barbecue with sunshine and friends?
There is a lot to see and do in this part of Andalucia should you wish to explore. The countryside is perfect for hiking, horse riding and birdwatching. The culturally rich city of Ronda is close by and can’t be missed, but there are other interesting white villages to visit too. Grazalema and Setenil de las Bodegas are picturesque villages, slightly off the usual tourist track, that will have you reaching for your camera at every flower-filled corner.
