Located in the center of Gaucin, one of the classic and most beautiful of all the Pueblos Blancos. In a location that is difficult to beat, this apartment is part of a private development (which includes six apartments and two houses). A quality complex that takes full advantage of the amazing surroundings. It has been gracefully designed to optimise the use of its interior spaces and natural light creating a sense of space and privacy.

All on one floor, it has three bedrooms and is the largest of the apartments in the little complex. A large living room with comfy sofa and armchairs gathered around a wood burning stove, a bright dining area that connects to a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is a comfortable space that has all the necessary equipment and work surface you need to prepare delicious tapas, meals, or snacks for you and the family.

The sliding glass doors lead out to the large furnished terrace, South facing, this terrace takes full advantage of the magnificent, panoramic views. Spacious and partly covered, this terrace is the perfect outdoor living space.

Here you can watch the sunshine light up the valley as it rises over the mountain ridge in the morning and you can watch it set behind the Rif Mountains of Morocco across the  Mediterranean in the evening – What ever the time of day, or year, the view is always marvellous, glorious, magnificent!

From the living area, doors lead to the three bedrooms.  One master, double bedroom with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom and french doors opening onto the terrace.
The other two bedrooms, one a double, with windows looking onto the street and one a twin , with direct access to the same lovely terrace – share a bathroom, with a large walk-in shower. As throughout the apartment in these well appointed rooms the furnishings and finishes are top-quality.

Communal facilities include a gorgeous, inviting swimming pool, surrounded by a wide sun terrace with sunbeds, a pool shower and fridge. Also included is secure underground garage parking.

Gaucin, the “crown jewel” of the Pueblos Blancos, is a spectacular mountain village in the Ronda Mountains.

At 626 meters above sea level, it commands sweeping views to Gibraltar and across the Mediterranean to North Africa. Surrounded by beautiful scenic landscape it offers a wonderful base for any holiday – On your doorstep, the village itself has just about anything you could need, shops, banks, bars, restaurants, bakeries…..And the surrounding countryside has plenty of wonderful walking, wildlife and fantastic views in every direction!

An ideal base for day trips to towns like Ronda, Jerez, Cadiz and Sevilla. With delightful little villages along the way, Mediterranean beaches are half an hours drive. Tarifa where the Atlantic coast, with its white sand and world famous wind surfing, meets the Mediterranean  is one and a half hours drive.

The pool is open all year but as it is not heated the swimming pool season is from late April to late October.
