This superb villa is only four kilometres from the majestic city of Ronda. We arrive at this magnificent farm (which stands in three hectares of land) to be greeted by its olive groves, with more than 800 Aloreña olive trees. Let us drive a few more metres amongst almond trees and rosemary until we reach the entrance of the house. And what a house! A real Andalucian-style villa, with a large central patio and bright, spacious rooms.

The house is tastefully decorated in neutral tones with complementary use of wood furnishings and marble floors. Together with the sunlight through its windows, the interior has a warm and cosy feeling and an atmosphere of comfort.
On entering the main house we find the kitchen on the right. The large kitchen is perfectly equipped with all kinds of utensils and kitchenware that will delight any good cook, there is plenty of work space and a table for eight people. From the kitchen there is access to an organized pantry, the practical laundry room with drying rack, and the main dining room.

The dining room, nicely decorated in warm tones, has a central table for eight people and some sideboards with crockery. From here we can access the outdoor dining terrace, another splendid table for eight people under a porch overlooking the pool.

Separated from the main dining room by an arch, is the living room, with its high ceilings, comfortable sofas, fireplace and movie projector—enjoy your favorite films with the family or challenge them to a game of billiards, fun is guaranteed!

On this same floor there are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room and an en suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the garden. The other two bedrooms are also doubles: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be put together. They share a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The fourth bedroom of the main house is located on the upper floor. It has a double bed and a private terrace, along with a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The corridor to this room is equipped with wardrobes with plenty of storage capacity.

Outdoor fun

Let’s go out to the garden, it’s time to cool off in the pool.

For groups of more than eight people the house has a self-contained annex, with access through the central patio. This annex is equipped with a living room, with a table for four people, kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a ground floor toilet. On the upper floor is another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.

All the bedrooms are very spacious, both in the main house and in the annex, combining wood and neutral tones for restful decor.

The swimming pool is fantastic! It has a feature of a central palm tree, a children’s area and is surrounded by 1,200 m of well maintained lawn. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided so the whole family can enjoy the holiday ambience, either in the shade with a good book or simply relaxing in the sun. Guests can enjoy their favourite music thanks to the integrated music system that connects with the lawn area.

Next to the pool is the brick barbecue, a convenient lavatory and the pool bar that has a room with a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer—everything you need to enjoy an aperitif in the garden.

A few metres from the pool terrace is the padel tennis court, perfect for lovers of this sport (padel is a form of tennis, very popular in Spain). If you prefer basketball there’s no problem; the court also has two nets so it can easily turn into a basketball court for those who prefer to shoot some hoops.

Next to the track is the riding arena, which has two boxes. If guests wish they can have one or two horses on request, this service has an additional cost, please contact us.

There is also an organic garden where guests can pick seasonal vegetables.

It’s more than likely that during your vacation you won’t want to leave this oasis of fun. But for those who would like to explore, the location of this villa is ideal to visit Ronda, a city rich in history and culture. Also nearby are Natural Parks for hiking as well as picturesque white villages, such as Gaucín, to investigate. And why not enjoy a day trip to the beaches of Estepona or Marbella—his location really has something to offer everyone.

Bookings at this property are usually made from Saturday to Saturday, but ask for flexibility outside of high season.

The pool will be open all year round but as it is not heated, the optimal bathing season is from the beginning of April to the end of October.

Please note that the pool is not fenced and is close to the house, so care and attention must be taken if there are small children.

No pets allowed.

Please do not smoke inside the house.
