The location of this holiday home could not be better. Not only is it ideal for the convenience of Orgiva amenities and eateries, but despite being within a five minute walking distance to town, it has a peaceful, rural ambience.

The house is at the end of a well maintained residential private track, which is safe and quiet. You can drive right into the property and park your car on the gravel courtyard.

The main feature of this cheerful house has to be the swimming pool and pretty garden. From the living room you can look out to the pool which is surrounded by a well trimmed lawn and overlooked by a gnarled old olive tree which gives plenty of welcome shade.

The garden is bordered by a hedge which keeps all the pretty shrubs neat and tidy. In the border you will find little orange trees, blue plumbago and pink lilies. The mature trees rustle in the breeze and are home to a variety of songbirds.

The house and garden are enclosed on all sides making the property your own private haven. You can sunbathe by the pool on the sunbeds provided.

A shaded veranda with a table and chairs (and outside lighting) is the perfect spot for eating outdoors, especially when there is a brick built barbecue, with a food preparation worktop, close by.

You enter the house directly into the living room which is divided into a dining area and the kitchen. The property is built all on one level so no stairs are involved. The living area is cosy and made homely with an open hearth and traditional Spanish ceramic pieces for decoration. The house has the benefit of wifi, TV and DVD player with a CD player too. The kitchen is separated from the living area by an interior arch and wooden serving bar. The thoughtful owner makes sure that tea, coffee, oil, vinegar etc are available.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower over, wc, bidet and basin. The fittings are all in white, chrome and very clean.

Rest and relax

The house and garden are a great base for just chilling out, but its location is good for other interesting activities too.

The house has two bedrooms—one double, one twin. The very pleasant double bedroom has a window looking out to the shrubbery on the side of the house and double glazing for peace and quiet. It has space for a large wardrobe and two bedside cabinets.

The twin bedroom is at the back of the house and has wardrobe space for clothes and a lamp for bedside reading. The twin bedroom is suitable in size for two adult guests as well as being suitable for perhaps the children of a family.

The interior of the house is cool – all the windows have wooden shutters or roller blinds to keep out the heat of the sun. Both bedrooms have the benefit of a wall mounted aircon/heaters. The decoration is simple, spotless and comfortable, somewhere where you would be happy to rest and relax for a week or two.

From the house it is so easy to walk to a restaurant, drive to the white villages in the mountains, or take a quick trip down to the coast for a day at the beach. This property offers so many options for a fun packed holiday.
