A true celebration of Andalucian living
This villa is ideal for those who love walking and rural happiness.
If you want to experience real Andalucia this might be just the place for you.
In between SA17 and SA19, this is the second in the row of these beautifully restored village houses. This one is the smallest house of the three, but it has space enough to accommodate six guests comfortably.
Little remains of the modest house this used to be – only the authentic old beams in the kitchen – everything else is all new, making this a comfortable and smart house to stay in.
You enter from street level into a double height entrance hall, tastefully furnished with desk, bookshelves and chairs. It is reminiscent of a study and has a calm, quiet ambience.
A door leads through to a double bedroom with queen-sized bed, en suite walk-in shower and a lovely, south facing, shaded, private terrace.
An eye-catching open stairway leads to the floor above which is entirely taken up by the second bedroom also with a queen-sized bed, en suite walk-in shower and its own south facing, shaded, private terrace.
Steep stairs lead down to a lower level. Here there is an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. From the living area, doors open out onto a good sized patio, complete with table, chairs, benches, shade and a barbecue.
On the ground floor, there is a third twin bedroom with a small en suite shower room. This bedroom is an interior room that does not have direct light, but receives light through a very efficient light tunnel.
Although quite a narrow building, the layout achieves a very neat, comfortable, bright, contemporary home with an impressive sense of space and light.
