Five of the six bedrooms are on the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms are doubles with en-suite bathroom. Two of these with shower only, one with a bath. The other two bedrooms are twin bedded, sharing a shower room. Four of the bedrooms have doors opening onto a long lower terrace that runs along the length of the house.
The sixth bedroom, the master, is slightly independent of, but connected to, the main house. It’s a large room with a lovely sitting area in front of its open fireplace. With high, beamed ceiling, the room is attractively decorated in blues and whites. From the sleeping area, and from en suite bathroom, the views of the lake and mountains are truly stunning. And just to make it more than perfect, it has access to a private terrace that also connects to the higher terraces at the front of the main house.
As throughout the house, the bedrooms have terracotta floor tiles, all-white walls, pine windows and doors. Each room is unique with touches of Moroccan and Andaluz decor adding colour, character and excitement. All are heated via wall radiators.
The interiors remain cool all day, benefiting from the constant gentle breeze – but there are fans in all the bedrooms and in both the living areas, just in case they are needed.
Surrounded by terraced Mediterranean gardens, the banks are planted with jasmine, lavender, rosemary, fan palms, oleander…
A narrow paths leads up to the generous (10m x 5m) infinity pool. The pool terraces are a dream! Besides having the most unbelievable panorama of rolling hills, olive groves, shimmering lake and wide open skies – there are covered areas with day beds, many loungers, hammocks…and a handy WC. Heaven on earth!
With so few houses around light pollution here is virtually zero and this is an amazing location from where to explore the night skies.

What do guests say about this villa?
Kate (Aug 2019)
The villa is beautiful and perfectly located to explore Andalucia. The views from the pool and the terraces are spectacular, especially at sunset. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner. He provided us with a complete document about the villa and its surroundings. I highly recommend this peaceful villa where one can relax in the middle of olive groves while enjoying stunning views on the lake.
